Benjamin E. Richard, born Erie, Pennsylvania, October 26, 1978; admitted to bar 2005, Florida, U.S. District Court Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. EDUCATION: Southeastern Louisiana University (B.A., Political Science, 2002); Florida Coastal School of Law (J.D., summa cum laude, 2005).

Ben and his wife Sarah have had the joy of seeing constant parental attention and modern medical care save the sight of their young son.
That success and the birth of their second child have allowed Ben and Sarah to become more normal, harried, young, working parents.

Ben serves as a tutor to law clerks and helps with all legal questions in the firm’s pro bono cases.
