Case Manager

LaTesha O’Neal-Austin

LaTesha O’Neal-Austin is a case manager with over 25 years of experience investigating and negotiating settlements for catastrophic injury cases. She was working on the opposite side of a case against The Law Firm of Pajcic & Pajcic as a senior insurance adjuster when she caught our eye. After the case was resolved, LaTesha was asked to join Pajcic & Pajcic and has been with us since 2019. Now she applies the lessons learned while working for insurance carriers to create positive outcomes for our clients.

LaTesha prides herself on intently listening to clients to gain a full understanding of the overall impact of an injury on their daily lives. LaTesha is a proud alumna of Florida A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science with a minor in public administration.

Personal Interests

LaTesha is a big proponent of giving back to the community. As a Girl Scout Troop Leader, she helps inspire girls to be confident, courageous and make the world a better place. In her spare time, LaTesha enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband and daughter.
