Hospital Malpractice

According to the National Academy of Sciences, more people die from medical malpractice than from highway accidents, from breast cancer, or from AIDS. Deaths from medication errors alone exceed the deaths from workplace injuries. An estimated one million Americans a year are injured by errors during hospital treatment. Health care is a decade or more behind in its attention to ensuring basic safety.
Less than ten percent of medical malpractice victims actually make claims for their injuries in part because hospitals and doctors successfully conceal most mistakes from victims and their families.
Pajcic & Pajcic has resolved over a hundred medical malpractice cases, including many for multimillion dollar amounts, most of which must remain confidential.
