Suits Against Firestone and Ford

Pajcic & Pajcic has filed six suits against Firestone and Ford for accidents where Firestone tires detreaded and Ford Explorers rolled over causing death or serious injury. The Firestone tires were recalled just two weeks after newspapers across the country carried the Associated Press story about two of the death cases filed by Pajcic & Pajcic on July 24, 2000.

The problem has existed for almost a decade, but the magnitude of the problem has only recently come to light because of the manufacturer’s efforts to keep it confidential. As a result of its participation in a national association of plaintiffs’ lawyers concerned with car defects, Pajcic & Pajcic was able to recognize the detread defect as soon as the clients called, even though at that time there had been very little publicity about the problem. Pajcic & Pajcic and other members of the plaintiffs’ lawyer association are continuing to cooperate in the prosecution of these cases and in the exposure of the full extent of the tragedy.
